DAY 1
After 4 hours of ride from the airport, the founder of ACTION Inc., Mr. Hajime Yokota, conducted an orientation regarding Action’s projects and activities for the 23 Japanese hair designers (20 hair designers and 3 coordinator nailists).
He showed a video of Chikara project of ACTION filmed by NHK Japan Broadcasting Corporation, one of the biggest TV channels in Japan. After the brief introduction of Chikara project, Mr. Yokota explained ACTION’s motto and the background of this free haircut activity. The volunteer hair designers are all impressed with the projects of ACTION and became more motivated for their mission ahead in the coming days.
