Anti-Child Trafficking Resources
Learn more about child trafficking and what you can do to prevent and stop it.
The Coalition Against Trafficking of Children (CATCH) Project was funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Partnership for Development Assistance in the Philippines (PDAP), Inc. The CATCH Project aims to reduce the vulnerability of potential child trafficking victims through strengthened local networks and mechanisms to counter trafficking in persons.
One of the major activities conducted by the project is the massive campaign against child trafficking. An Online Orientation on Child Protection and Prevention of Child Trafficking was conducted with the help of partner schools in Olongapo City and Zambales. Through this activity, the community, especially the students, parents, and guardians raised their awareness on how to protect the children from abuse and trafficking, particularly against Online Sexual Exploitation of Children (OSAEC).
To be able to continue spreading the information about the prevention of child trafficking, we will be sharing on this page the Anti-Child Trafficking digital materials (videos and presentations) that were used during the Online Orientation on Child Protection and Prevention of Child Trafficking. The videos used were produced by the Stairway Foundation, Inc. in partnership with the Department of Education, UNICEF, and IMMAP. Permission was obtained from Stairway Foundation, Inc. to use and upload the videos on this page. Aside from this, the following are the references used in the presentation materials:
