The Project Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to keep the project and all related processes running smoothly to contribute in the achievement of the program goals. He/she shall report directly to the Program Officer.
Job Requirements: Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in either social work, non-profit management or other relevant field; advanced degree in similar field would be a distinct advantage; at least 3 yrs work experience in program management and development; has excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills among employees, stakeholders and partners; has the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary work environment and can work under pressure; has the ability to lead effectively; has the ability to understand finance related matters, has the ability to multi-task, set priorities, can effectively manage time and meet deadlines; has the ability to be flexible, computer literate and has strong ability to communicate in English, both written and oral; has willingness to work and travel in areas covered by the project.
